Looking to get some results out of your workout?  Have you hit a plateau?  Are you just looking to try something new?

This workout will jump start your metabolism and put fat loss into high gear.

This routine is a high intensity circuit, which means that you go immediately from exercise to exercise with no rest.  You need to complete the circuit before you take a rest.

What you need:
  1. Get a mat to do push-ups and crunches on
  2. Get a BarBell to do your curls with (make it challenging)
  3. Get a bench to do dips off of
  4. GO AS FAST AS YOU CAN THROUGH THIS CIRCUIT!!!!!
  • HERE WE GO
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Squats
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 15 Standing BB Bicep Curls
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Dips
  • 25 Toe Touch Crunches
Complete this circuit as fast as you can with absolutely no rest between exercises.  Then, after you complete the circuit you should take a 2 minute rest.  If you don't need a rest then you did not go fast enough or hard enough...  Modify each exercise based on what you are capable of.  For example, if you can't do a full push-up then don't try.  Make it a knee push-up instead.

Go through this circuit once today.  Then twice next time.  Then Three times the next time and continue this until you are doing 6 circuits per workout.  This is an awesome total body workout and will kick your butt.
