- Get a BarBell to do your curls with (make it challenging)
- Get a bench to do dips off of
- GO AS FAST AS YOU CAN THROUGH THIS CIRCUIT!!!!!
- HERE WE GO
- 15 Push-ups
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Squats
- 40 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Standing BB Bicep Curls
- 40 Jumping Jacks
- 15 Dips
- 25 Toe Touch Crunches
